10 years ago I bought Donnie Darko on DVD…I watched it the other evening for probably around the 20th time. I never get bored of it! It remains one of my top most favoured films - with an awesome soundtrack to match.

I'm Holly Webber, I'm 26 years old and in January 2010 I was diagnosed with advanced bowel cancer at the age of 23yrs. After 2.5 years of aggressive treatment, combining chemotherapy with three major surgeries, my cancer has now been diagnosed as terminal. In January of this year I embarked upon a clinical trial in the hope of slowing down the progression of secondary disease on my liver and lungs. It was unsuccessful. I'm now officially receiving palliative care from the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. I created this page so that I can blog my story, with the aim of helping others and inspiring my readers.
