I saved this photo a week ago. It’s stunning! a giant solar coronal mass ejection rocked planet Earth’s magnetosphere on January 24th and produced a strong geomagnetic storm - seen in this pic from Östersund, Sweden. I thought I’d post it on here because I just drove home from the hospice and pulled over by a huge field to watch today’s beauuuuutiful sunset. It got me thinking about how desperate I am to see the Northern Lights!!
